Home Education Through Online Learning

Sea to Sky Online is the District's Online Learning School, and offers Grade 10 - 12 courses to high school students and adult learners who live in the district. Students can learn from any location, on a flexible schedule.

All courses are taught by BC-certified teachers who support student success in a digital environment.

Students may:

enrol exclusively in Sea to Sky Online for Grade 10 - 12 courses, or
cross-enrol, taking some courses at their local school for in-class instruction and some through Sea to Sky Online

Students may also enrol or cross-enrol in a Provincial Online Learning School (POLS).

Sea to Sky Online is available to students who reside in the district, including those who are also enrolled in an independent school or francophone education authority.

Adult students living in the school district may enrol in Sea to Sky Online courses, and/or access Online Learning courses offered by a Provincial Online Learning School.

Please note that Kindergarten to Grade 9 students may only take online classes on a full-time basis and must enroll in a Provincial Online Learning School.
