Request for School Records
Transcripts:
A transcript is an official document that provides a comprehensive record of a student's academic achievement during their high school years. The transcript contains a detailed list of courses completed, grades earned, honours received, and graduation status. A graduation certificate, sometimes referred to as a diploma or “Dogwood,” is your official graduation document.
If you are a current student or graduating during the current school year, please read the BC Ministry of Education's Transcript Information for Active Students before placing an order for a transcript through the Sea to Sky School District No.48.
If you are a former student who attended a B.C. K to 12 schools after 1993, and more than six months have passed since you completed a secondary school course, please read instructions on how to order an official transcript from the Ministry of Education here.
Need help?
If you are unable to obtain your transcript from the Ministry of Education because you graduated prior to 1985, or if you require further assistance, please submit Request for Student Records or PEN Form to the SD48 school board office via email at [email protected].
Permanent Student Record (PSR):
A Permanent Student Record (PSR) is a comprehensive and ongoing record of a student's educational progress from kindergarten to grade 12. The PSR contains a range of academic and non-academic information about the student, including their demographic information, academic achievements, attendance records, behavioural incidents, health and medical information, and any special education plans or accommodations.
A request for your Permanent Student Record Card can be made by submitting a Request for Student Records or PEN Form to the SD48 school board office via email at [email protected], provided that the last public school attended within the Province of BC was in School District No.48.
