Key Strategies:

District Programs are pathways designed to engage our community partners in corridor-wide structures. Indigenous Education Programs will provide all students with opportunities for increased understanding and learning through local First Nation culture and language. These pathways guide our work and are represented in our department strategies outlined below:
  • Language revitalization
  • Decolonized teaching practices such as place-based learning, inquiry projects, and experiential learning with access points for all students
  • Indigenous Leadership programming
