For the 2021/22 school year, the Indigenous Education Department will be prioritizing the following areas in addition to the regular functions handled within the department:

  1. Equity Scan Community Engagement
  2. Equity Scan to inform refresh of  Enhancement Agreement
  3. Complete and implement Lil'wat Local Education Agreement
  4. New Board Policy: First Nation Education
  5. Elders in Residence Job Description
