2023/2024 Service Plan: International Education

For the 2023/24 school year, the International Education Department will prioritize the following areas and the regular functions handled within the department:

1. Continued implementation of International Education Strategic Plan:
   • Support ELL learners: focussed learning for school staff 
   • Reciprocal learning and interculturalization
   • Financial responsibility: ongoing mitigation and profit analysis 
   • Increase the number of homestays across all regions
   • Increasing diversity of our incoming students 
   • Increasing the number of students staying more than 1 year
2.  Looking for opportunities to support:
   • International trips for students and expanded learning
     • Integrating the GISP curriculum (Global and Intercultural Skills Program) 
   • Teacher mobility and grant applications
