Indigenous Youth Leadership: 24-Hour Drum at Pemberton Secondary School
On May 24h, Indigenous Youth Leadership students, staff, families and elders from Pemberton Secondary School, Xet̓ólacw Community School, Whistler Secondary School and Howe Sound Secondary came together at Pemberton Secondary School on the unceded territory of the Lil'wat Nation honour and celebrate culture at the 24-Hour Drum event. The event was a celebration of culture, language, and community, bringing together students from various schools to participate in a series of enriching activities and workshops
