Viewing your Child’s Attendance and Achievement Information

When you log in, you should see the following screen.

To view any published documents, including report cards, click on the Published Reports option.

Please note that, depending on publishing times, you may not see the Published Reports tab. If you do not see this tab, then it is likely that

a. the school has not published any documents for you to see, or

b. the time that was available for parents to view report cards has ended. If this is the case, you may need to contact the school to have them republish your child's report card so you can see it in MyEd.

A few of the menu items are dependent on whether the school uses these in MyEd. As a result, you may not see some of the menu items shown here.

If you are unable to access your child(ren)’s report card using MyEd, please email your school for a printed copy.

Printing Report Cards

Why print sometimes doesn’t work

Report cards open as a PDF inside your browser/app. The Print button relies on your browser/device to print that PDF, and some browsers don’t reliably print embedded PDFs.

When you view a report card in Aspen Go, you’re viewing a PDF inside a browser.

When you click Print, Aspen Go is essentially handing that PDF off to your device’s browser print function. Different browsers (and especially mobile devices) handle printing embedded PDFs differently—so sometimes the print dialog prints correctly, and sometimes it prints a blank page, only part of the document, or doesn’t print at all. That’s a browser/device limitation, not a problem with the report card itself.

Work-Arounds

There are a couple of options you can try...

a. Under your profile, select View Full Site. There you'll find your child's report card, which you can click on and Save as a pdf. You can then open the report card and print.

b. Try a different browser. Again, depending on the browser and its ability to print embedded PDFs, this is something to consider.
